Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules and restrictions governing the use of the JKZ Network URL Shortener platform. To keep our services reputable, fast, and secure for everyone, all users must comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content and Link Destinations

You may not create, shorten, host, redirect to, or upload content that contains, promotes, or links to:

• Phishing and Scams: Spoofing login forms, impersonating brands, deceptive payment pages, credit card theft, identity theft traps, or false investment schemes.
• Malicious Code: Malware, spyware, ransomware, adware, trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, or pages designed to compromise device security.
• Spam and Link Schemes: Shortening links for distribution via unsolicited bulk email, SMS spam, forum spamming, social media comment spamming, or automated bot posts.
• Illegal Products or Activities: Promoting or selling illegal drugs, illegal firearms, human trafficking, unlicensed gambling, or dark web marketplaces.
• Harmful Content: Material that depicts hate speech, harassment, threats of physical violence, terrorism, self-harm, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Linking directly to pirated software, cracked apps, copyrighted media downloads, or counterfeit goods without legal authorization.

2. Resource and Automation Abuse

To preserve platform performance, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bypassing API rate limits or abusing API endpoints to overload system servers.
• Using automated bots to create accounts, bulk shorten links, or scrape data without explicit authorization.
• Using file-sharing features to distribute extremely large files repeatedly in a manner that degrades bandwidth for other users.
• Connecting domains you do not own or configure to bypass domain filters.

3. AI Misuse

When using our AI document, image, and transcription tools, you must not input prompts designed to generate hate speech, CSAM, malware, phishing templates, or deceptive deepfakes.

4. Enforcement and Link Disabling

We employ real-time automated systems and manual audits to scan short links, biolinks, and uploads. If we detect a violation, we will:

• Immediately disable the link, biolink, or file share.
• Permanently suspend the offending user account.
• Report severe violations (such as phishing, malware, or CSAM) to domain registrars, hosting providers, and law enforcement.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you discover a link or page created via JKZ Network URL Shortener that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our abuse team at: abuse@jkznetwork.net. Please include the specific short link or URL in your report.
