2. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all links, files, text, images, and content published, shortened, or shared through your account. You agree NOT to use the service for:
- Phishing, identity theft, fraud, or social engineering.
- Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or spyware.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or link schemes.
- Hosting or sharing illegal goods, services, or copyrighted content without authorization.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, violent extremist material, or child exploitation.
We actively scan links and files. Any violation will lead to the immediate removal of content and suspension or termination of your account without notice.
4. Custom Domains and Redirects
If you connect custom domains, you must ensure you have full rights to use them. You are responsible for ensuring that redirects point to safe destinations. We reserve the right to disable custom domains that host abusive redirects.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
We offer free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) via secure payment gateways. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
