Review the billing, payment, subscription, renewal, tax, failed payment, and chargeback terms that apply when purchasing JKZ Network paid plans or services.

Last updated: August 02, 2026

These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern all purchases, subscriptions, lifetime deals, add-ons, and paid services offered on the JKZ Network URL Shortener platform at https://jkznetwork.net. By initiating a purchase or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms, which supplement our general Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Paid Plans and Pricing

We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Lite, Standard, Pro, Enterprise) and digital tools. The features, quotas, rate limits, and pricing of each plan are detailed on our Pricing Page. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you at least 30 days before any subscription price adjustments take effect. Displayed prices do not include local taxes unless explicitly stated.

2. Billing Cycles and Automatic Renewals

When you subscribe to a paid plan, you select a billing frequency (such as monthly or annual recurring billing). All subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the active payment method on your account. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant third-party gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other payment networks enabled by JKZ Network URL Shortener during checkout). JKZ Network URL Shortener does not store or process your full credit card number on our servers. By using these gateways, you also agree to be bound by the respective payment processor's terms of service.

4. Taxes and Duties

You agree to pay all applicable taxes, levies, and duties associated with your purchase. Depending on your location and billing address, we may collect:

  • ITBIS (Impuesto sobre Transferencias de Bienes Industrializados y Servicios): Applies to purchases made from within the Dominican Republic in accordance with local tax laws.
  • VAT/GST / Sales Tax: International taxes may apply based on the customer's country, state, or city of origin.

You must provide accurate billing details (company name, address, and VAT/Tax ID if applicable) for proper invoicing. If tax collection is not fully automated at checkout, JKZ Network URL Shortener reserves the right to issue updated tax invoices subsequently.

5. Failed Payments and Account Downgrades

If a recurring payment transaction fails (due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or processor declines), we or our payment processor will make multiple retry attempts. During this time, we will notify you via email. If payment is not resolved within 7 business days:

  • Your account will be suspended or automatically downgraded to the Free tier limits.
  • Features exceeding Free limits (such as active custom domains, tracking pixels, team seats, advanced redirections, API integrations, and AI credits) may be immediately deactivated or paused.
  • Data exceeding Free tier storage limits may be preserved for a grace period of 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage users to reach out to billing support at info@jkznetwork.net to resolve any billing issues or accidental charges. **Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without contacting support first is considered a violation of these terms.** If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, block all active shortened links, and charge a recovery fee to cover administrative and processor dispute costs.

7. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan (e.g., from monthly to annual, or to a higher tier), the change takes effect immediately. The billing cycle restarts, and any unused portion of your previous subscription will be applied as a pro-rated credit.
  • Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You must ensure your account complies with the lower tier limits (e.g., reducing active links, domains, or team members) before the downgrade date to prevent loss of configuration or data.

8. Billing Support Contact

For any invoices, billing discrepancies, custom invoices, tax tax-exemption certificates, or payment questions, please contact our billing department at info@jkznetwork.net.
