These Affiliate Program Terms apply to your participation in the JKZ Network URL Shortener Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms, which are incorporated into our overall Terms of Service.
1. Enrollment and Tracking
To participate, you must have an active user account. We provide you with a unique affiliate referral link. When users click your link, a tracking cookie is set on their browser (valid for 90 days). If they register and purchase a paid plan during this time, they are counted as your referral.
2. Commissions and Calculations
Commissions are paid as a percentage of payments made by your referred users. Commissions are only calculated on actual funds received by JKZ Network URL Shortener (net of taxes, processing fees, discounts, and chargebacks). Commissions apply to recurring renewals according to the affiliate campaign settings visible in your dashboard.
3. Approved and Prohibited Promotions
We encourage creative and honest promotion of JKZ Network URL Shortener. However, the following marketing methods are strictly prohibited:
- Search Engine Bidding: Bidding on keywords containing "JKZ Network URL Shortener", "JKZ Network", or close variations on Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. (brand bidding).
- Spam: Distributing affiliate links via bulk email, SMS spam, forum comment boards, or social media bots.
- Deceptive Marketing: Advertising fake discounts, lifetime deals that do not exist, or misleading features.
- Self-Referrals: Registering accounts using your own affiliate link to get discounts on your own plan.
4. Payout Eligibility and Minimum Threshold
Affiliate commissions become eligible for withdrawal after a clearance holding period (typically 30 days, matching potential refund periods). Withdrawals can be requested once your approved balance reaches the minimum threshold (e.g. $50). Affiliate payments are processed via the digital wallet or configured payment processor.
5. Termination and Forfeiture
We reserve the right to audit affiliate accounts. Any affiliate found violating these terms, engaging in fraud, or generating chargebacks will have their affiliate status revoked, and all pending commissions will be forfeited immediately.
