Review the additional subscription and commercial terms that apply to business, agency, team, API, custom domain, or enterprise use of JKZ Network.
Last updated: August 02, 2026
These Enterprise Terms and Conditions ("Enterprise Terms") apply to business, corporate, agency, team, API-intensive, and enterprise accounts subscribing to paid plans on the JKZ Network URL Shortener platform. These terms supplement our general Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.
1. Scope and Multi-User Responsibilities
These terms govern accounts that subscribe to team plans, business tiers, or custom negotiated packages. The account owner or administrator is responsible for:
- Configuring permission levels and billing credentials for the organization.
- All activities, links, biolinks, API requests, and content created or imported by invited team members.
- Promptly removing team members or users who are no longer authorized to access the workspace.
2. Seat Licenses and Quotas
Paid team plans include a predefined number of seat licenses. Sharing a single set of login credentials among multiple individuals is strictly prohibited. If your organization requires additional seats, custom limits, or higher API volume, you must upgrade your subscription or contact enterprise sales.
3. Manual Invoicing and B2B Payments
For standard subscriptions, payments are handled automatically via checkout. For eligible Enterprise plans or high-volume API contracts, JKZ Network URL Shortener may agree to manual invoicing. Under manual invoicing:
- Payment terms are strictly **Net 30** (or as agreed on the signed order form) from the invoice issue date.
- Payments must be made via bank wire transfer, ACH, or other approved B2B payment methods.
- Late payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) and may result in immediate API rate limits or workspace suspension.
- The customer is responsible for all bank transaction fees, intermediary transfer fees, and currency conversion costs.
4. Onboarding, Integration, and DNS Setup
Customers using custom domains for URL shortening or biolink pages are solely responsible for configuring their DNS settings (CNAME, A records) according to our technical documentation. While JKZ Network URL Shortener provides standard support, custom onboarding, dedicated migration assistance, and bespoke API integration support require separate consulting fees.
5. Commercial API and System Fair Use
Business and Enterprise plans may include high-volume API access. API use is subject to our API Terms. High-volume, automated API queries must adhere to fair use policies. If your API traffic threatens platform stability, we reserve the right to throttle requests or enforce temporary rate-limiting blocks.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to protect the other's non-public commercial, technical, and billing information ("Confidential Information") using a reasonable degree of care. We process personal data on behalf of your visitors according to the Data Processing Addendum (DPA), and our systems are secured under our Security Policy.
7. Order Form Precedence
If you have signed a separate written Service Agreement or Order Form with JKZ Network, the terms of that signed agreement will take precedence over any conflicting provisions in these online Enterprise Terms solely for the duration specified in the agreement.
