Learn about JKZ Network URL Shortener’s approach to account security, API key protection, payment security, abuse prevention, and responsible reporting.

Last updated: August 02, 2026

At JKZ Network URL Shortener, we prioritize the security of our platform, user accounts, and visitors. This Security Policy outlines the technical measures we use and the guidelines for reporting vulnerabilities.

1. Account Protection

We use strong cryptographic hashing algorithms (bcrypt/argon2) to secure your account passwords. Sessions are managed securely via cookies with Samesite=Lax and secure attributes. We recommend using unique, strong passwords for your account.

2. API and Domain Security

API keys act as passwords for developer services. They must be kept confidential. We encrypt data in transit using TLS (HTTPS) across all dashboard pages, API endpoints, redirects, and connected custom domains.

3. Payment Security

All payment processing is handled externally by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). JKZ Network URL Shortener does not collect, process, or store payment card details directly. Your transactions are safe and encrypted.

4. Link and Content Safety

We run automatic checks to detect redirects pointing to known phishing, malware, or spam domains. Violating links are immediately blocked. File uploads are scanned or restricted to prevent execution of executable scripts on our servers.

5. Vulnerability Disclosure

We welcome security research. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to us responsibly by emailing info@jkznetwork.net. We ask that you:

  • Provide detailed steps or proof-of-concept code to replicate the issue.
  • Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before public disclosure.
  • Do NOT engage in spam, denial-of-service (DDoS) testing, or access/modify other users' data.
